Job Description: Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join the finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with established accounting standards and procedures. Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
