The role involves being accountable for financial modeling for reporting of industry and regional competitive intelligence, strategic planning, cash management, and treasury-related projects. Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Deliver data-driven insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Manage and analyze financial data, utilizing Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting key trends and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial information.
- Account for financial modeling for reporting of industry and regional competitive intelligence.
- Participate in strategic planning, cash management, and treasury-related projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to inform financial models and strategies.
- Experience with Virtual Roster, Kronos, Tableau, Teradata, IGT Table Touch, Bravo Poker, SQL, and PowerBi is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Virtual Roster, Kronos, Tableau, Teradata, IGT Table Touch, Bravo Poker, SQL, and PowerBi is a plus.
- Proven track record of accountability, with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy in all work.
