Position:
Cathexes Architecture is looking for an architectural professional to lead the architectural discourse of this region. Responsibilities include working with consultants and architects/project managers to coordinate and assemble construction documents and specifications. Other responsibilities include graphic presentations/renderings and overall accountability to others within your team.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience in commercial design, residential design, and project management.
- Advanced level of competency with Revit is a must.
- Competency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good organizational, time management, and communication skills with clients and coworkers.
Licensure/Education:
Candidate for registration having completed required internships and received either a B-Arch/M-Arch from an NAAB accredited architectural school preferred.
