BMO is currently sourcing for a Business Process Analyst - Intermediate position on a 6-month contract.
Summary of Role:
The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, designing process models, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
Project:
Analyzing and optimizing process models to achieve improved business outcomes.
Years of experience:
1-2 years in process consulting with a focus on business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- Analyzing current process models and designing future improved processes.
- Identifying and documenting business rules governing process implementation.
- Testing and executing processes to ensure desired outcomes.
- Monitoring process effectiveness and conducting analysis for enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Experience in process consulting with a business focus.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to run workshops.
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with VISIO and other mapping tools.
- Experience with MS Office Applications.
