Senior HRIS Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

Working without significant supervision, this position facilitates linkages across internal functional and geographical areas to support, maintain, optimize, and evolve the global Human Capital Management (HCM). This role captures business requirements to optimize the system, solve problems, and act as an HCM technical point of contact for the global organization. Ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement. Leads system upgrades, patches, testing, implementation, and other technical projects as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Develops and maintains constructive relationships with global HR (HR Business Partner Team, Recruiting, Talent & Organizational/Learning Development, Total Rewards) and business functions (payroll/finance, IT), and third-party vendors. Clarifies and simplifies problems and develops bridge-building solutions that improve relationships across functions and processes.
  • Works with internal and external resources to manage all areas of HCM system responsibilities including process improvements, system optimization, release updates, innovative solutions, process changes, and reporting administration.
  • Administers scheduled release processes and works with manager to create an enablement plan.
  • Manages implementation of new products, processes, and requirements.
  • Maintains solid system knowledge of multiple modules (through training and education) to consult with business owners on how system affects processes.
  • Provide analytical expertise, especially as it relates to data trending and reporting.
  • Works as part of a global and multi-functional team to gain support of other team members and to promote implementation of change. Leads organizational communication and change management efforts related to system changes, as needed.
  • Ensures consistent processes across HCM solution by defining how changes may affect all related system modules.
  • Manages thorough testing of system changes in test and production environments.
  • Understands customer operational issues and works to resolve problems with system while driving change where necessary to resolve these issues.
  • Works closely with internal and/or external resources to resolve problems that are highly complex and/or sensitive.
  • Manages both internal and external integrations; interacting with Implementation Partners (as needed) and interacting with vendor support to manage tickets/resolution.
  • Analyze data integrity through running queries and process flow checks auditing data feed to other systems; audits statistical data from reports extracted from the HCM database for various departments, divisions, and global locations.
  • Ensures compliance with requirements of FDA, PMDA, DOL, GDPR, and other global regulations.
  • Maintains confidentiality and upholds human resource data privacy.
  • Consults on the training processes for users related to system operations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered. Preferred certification designation(s): Human Resources Information Program (HRIP, SAP SuccessFactors Associate, SAP SuccessFactors Professional, and/or Professional Human Resources (PHR).

Experience

Minimum five (5) years of experience; three (3) years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors administering multiple modules.

  • Expert level experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules preferred, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance Management and Goal Management, Compensation or On-boarding.
  • Experience implementing and/or upgrading a HCM system.
  • HCM software applications and products especially SAP SuccessFactors system administration.

Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes and how they impact HR systems.
  • Skilled ability to analyze issues and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation with ability to provide service and remain focused.
  • Requires a strong computer background (systems and software), previous experience as a systems administrator, preferably.
  • Must have experience with HR/Payroll and Microsoft Office software applications, preferably with the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Strong process improvement and project management capability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated presentation/facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to use good judgement and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a remote team and in a global environment across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and openness to new approaches and feedback.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Typical Office Environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting to twenty (20) pounds. Ability to travel up to 20%.

Target Pay Range: $87,500.00to$109,300.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 7.0%
