Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CAD Engineer with a strong background in mechanical design and engineering to help us develop and enhance our off-road vehicle parts and accessories. The ideal candidate will have experience in CAD software, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for off-road vehicles.


Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of off-road vehicle parts and accessories using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop innovative solutions for our product line.

• Conduct simulations and analysis to ensure the performance and reliability of designs.

• Assist in the prototyping and testing of new products.

• Prepare technical documentation, including assembly instructions and bills of materials.

• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CAD technology.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a CAD Engineer or similar role in the automotive or off-road industry.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Passion for off-road vehicles and the off-road lifestyle.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).

• Knowledge of rapid prototyping techniques and materials.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to off-road vehicles.

• Experience with 3D printing.
