Job Summary:


This position is responsible for providing consultation and education related to clinical quality and patient safety, accreditation, regulatory and licensing (AR&L), risk management, and infection prevention and control. Responsibilities include contributing to the evaluation, design, and development of evidence-based guidelines and programs, facilitating implementation efforts to reduce variation in clinical practice, assisting with the collection and analysis of clinical data, monitoring and reporting occurrences that may lead to medical center liability, and serving as a liaison with government and regulatory agencies.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Completes work autonomously and supports business projects by applying expertise; collaborates cross-functionally to achieve business decisions; monitors progress and results.
  • Conducts data extraction, analyses, and presentations to support quality improvement efforts; creates charts and reports to demonstrate improvements.
  • Facilitates quality improvement efforts by assisting with corrective action plans and conducting root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develops and utilizes quality improvement performance metrics; collaborates with stakeholders to establish practical metrics.
  • Facilitates development of quality improvement initiatives using data-driven principles and problem-solving methods.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for quality improvement processes; participates in committees to propose actions for compliance and improvement.
  • Delivers stakeholder development and quality performance reviews; identifies performance improvement areas and provides coaching.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience.
