You will help establish standard performance management reporting and drive action-oriented insights that support leadership with decision making e.g., reporting on key economic levers, highlighting and monitoring where performance interventions are needed, investments (and leakage) levels, costs, activity levels, and establish forward looking indicators.

You'll drive the annual planning process within ND&A. This includes process management, benchmarking, reviewing pricing, capacity modeling, asset economic considerations, and investments in innovation. You'll provide counsel and advice to a wide group of stakeholders on matters with financial implications. You'll safeguard the firm through evolving and deploying controls which deliver effective stewardship.
