International Private Banker - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

A boutique International Financial institution is looking to hire a Senior Banker for its International Preferred Banking portfolio.

Seeking candidates with prior experience in the following areas:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth international clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all banking and financial needs.
• Provide personalized banking services and solutions tailored to the unique needs of international clients, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of international clients, focusing on relationship-building, retention, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to offer a full suite of banking services, including deposits, savings accounts, and multiple lending products
• Proactively identify client needs, offering financial guidance and product recommendations to help them meet their goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to international banking.
• Stay informed on global market trends, currency fluctuations, and international banking regulations to provide timely and relevant advice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and improve service delivery for international clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in banking or financial services, specifically working with high-net-worth international clients.
• Strong understanding of international banking products, services, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of clients while delivering exceptional service.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
