Account Manager
What can you expect?
- Uses significant risk experience to perform critical client functions, including: evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience; cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines.
- Works to retain and collaborates with other Account Management colleagues on generating new business.
- Works with other Account Management colleagues to execute on the growth and retention strategy and works to meet sales goals.
- Manages relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.

We’ll Count On You To
- Strengthens and maintains relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth and retention.
- Responds directly to difficult client questions and requests, and solicits assistance from Account Manager as needed.
- Oversees the process of ensuring all client information is collected, reviewed, updated and communicated to placement team for optimal program solutions and pricing.
What You Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ of commercial P&C insurance coverage experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity.
- Working knowledge of insurance coverages is required.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $47,900 to $102,200. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
