SageSpring Wealth Partners is seeking a seasoned Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join the team at our Franklin, TN headquarters. The CGO will partner with the firm’s executive leadership to actualize the firm’s vision, set a leadership agenda, and be accountable for spearheading initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue streams. The chosen individual will be an inspired leader focused on ensuring the seamless execution of the firm’s stated vision and value creation plan, enhancing operational scalability, efficiency, effectiveness, and optimizing business risks. A key function of this role is to create greater capacity for enterprise growth.
This is a highly visible position and critical hire for the firm. The position marries deep experience with entrepreneurial instinct as this individual will be responsible for creating capacity by assuming all operating responsibilities principally handled by the Partners. More specifically, the role will act as the right hand to the President and create structure for the operating functions in partnership with the CCO, CFO, and CHRO. The CGO will advance resource allocation, propel organic growth, and provide strategic guidance on opportunities for future growth.
