Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • As a Key Account Manager, Large Format, you will conduct analyses, identify opportunities, develop strategies, and build compelling conceptual sell stories to advance our leading position in the energy category within our retail channels.
  • The Key Accounts Sales Grad will work with Red Bull Key Account Managers, distribution partners, and category insights teams to build sales plans, guide in-store execution, and advance Red Bull key performance indicators (KPIs) for the channel.
  • Assist the local Account Sales Manager (ASM) to assess in-store conditions and complete account audits to ensure compliance to agreed-upon programming and contracts.
  • Support the local ASM to increase distribution, availability of stock-keeping unit (SKU) assortment, and quality in-store branding/messaging.
  • Assess areas of opportunity for in-store execution, service-levels, and distribution effectiveness.
  • Provide direction on account-specific upcoming programming, insights, and opportunities to local ASMs to help them sell and implement at store level.
  • Learn to use data (Circana scans, shipments, Brand data) and work cross-functionally to develop "Best in Class" tools to measure business plan initiatives across the relevant Business Unit (BU) Key Accounts.
  • Provide energy and beverage category insights that influence promotions, price, placement, and product assortment practices.
  • Use existing tools (Business Intelligence BI, Circana, Customer Profitability Management CPM) to update key accounts on business, channel competition, and opportunities.
  • Build relationships with main customer personnel.
  • Learn how to build an account's strategic goals and identify mutually beneficial opportunities to increase sales of our products in their outlets.
  • Learn how to anticipate objections and customize responses to influence and overcome.
  • Help calculate and measure potential financial impact and expected return on investment across important programming decisions for both the account(s) and Red Bull.
  • Help construct and negotiate annual marketing agreements that advance Red Bull sales and KPIs in the account while following financial guidelines and remaining within budget.
