Title: Specialty Recruiter – Human Resources
Location: Maury Regional Center in Columbia, TN
Position Shift: FT 8a-430p M-F
Position Summary: To source candidates and create strong talent pipelines for MRH's current and future hiring needs. Coordinates the marketing, sourcing, and management of online MRH profiles of talent-related websites. Sources and connects with candidates for hard-to-fill positions through various channels. In coordination with the Talent Acquisition Team, develops long-term recruiting strategies and nurtures trusting relationships with potential hires.
Credentials / Education:
- 2 Year Related Experience: Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred
