Responsibilities: • Answer all incoming calls, immediately, and manage according to Bighorn excellence standards • Establish rapport with Clients, by ensuring their needs are heard during all incoming calls. • Assist with front office support, and administrative duties as assigned by supervisory team • Escalate Client concerns so that they may be resolved Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Compensation: $16- $18
