- Must be available to work on Saturdays (key day for customer interactions)

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and deliver excellent customer service.
- Convert leads into appointments by booking jobs through phone interactions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer conversations and track follow-ups.
- Engage in phone sales and up-sell services when appropriate.
- Dispatch technicians to job sites and assist with scheduling adjustments.
- Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination of bookings and service.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, especially phone-based customer interactions.
- Proven skills in phone sales and ability to convert inquiries into booked jobs.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, handling data entry and customer engagement simultaneously.
- Previous experience with scheduling or dispatching is a plus.
