Overview:
LHH seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our client's team in Jamul, San Diego, focusing on employee and labor relations. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing employee concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to management on employee relations issues, providing guidance on performance management and conflict resolution
  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement and a collaborative work environment
  • Conduct investigations into employee grievances and recommend appropriate actions for resolution
  • Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies
  • Support labor negotiations and maintain effective relationships with union representatives
  • Analyze employee feedback and labor trends to inform HR strategies and improve workplace practices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee and labor relations
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor relations practices
Working Hours:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Full-time
  • Onsite
  • Monday- Friday
  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST
Details:
  • Located in Jamul, San Diego
  • Direct hire role
  • Compensation: $85,000-$90,000 annually DOE
