Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead high-profile projects, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery, and exceptional quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Initiation:
- Develop project charters, scope statements, and schedules.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement.
- Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
1. Project Execution:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, IT, operational).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, Joint Commission).
1. Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and implement quality control plans.
- Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
1. Project Closure:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Document lessons learned and best practices.
- Evaluate project success and impact.
Requirements:
1. Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
- Healthcare-related certifications (CPHIMS, CPHQ)
Experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare technology.
Skills:
- Strong project management knowledge (PMI, Agile).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
