212 Hospitality Group is now hiring managers for Bourbon & Branch! Located in the heart of Midtown and the infamous Penn District, we are looking to expand our team of managers.

The Front of House Manager will report directly to the General Manager. They will be responsible for assisting and managing the restaurant staff to ensure operation efficiency. All duties are to be performed in accordance with 212 HG policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the floor, guiding positive and efficient service
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Addressing any concerns from guests and staff members in a professional manner
- Assist in training, evaluating, and supervising staff members
- Handle cash transactions and deposits
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant is compliant with DOH regulations
- Coordinate events and manage catering orders
- Administrative duties such as payroll and inventory

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Ability to lead a team
- Knowledge of kitchen management practices and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
