Office Manager

Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our office operations and administrative staff. As the backbone of our workplace, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently, creating a harmonious and productive environment for our team. Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures, and ensure they are adhered to.
- Manage office budget, ensure cost-effectiveness, and prepare financial reports for senior management.
- Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure a high level of service and support.
- Coordinate with HR to recruit, train, and onboard new office staff, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Act as a point of contact for upper management daily to ensure tasks are on schedule.
- Organize and maintain office spaces and equipment, including managing inventory of office supplies and placing orders as necessary.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and provide support for company events or conferences.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail; ensure information is disseminated to appropriate staff.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment, including ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity and implement and manage operational plans.
- Provide administrative support to other departments or team members as needed.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Coordinate with IT department to ensure all office equipment is functioning properly and that staff have the necessary technological support.

This is a full-time position Salary $60,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
