Landscape Maintenance Account Manager is based out of our Eastside Yard in NE Portland. This position oversees our landscape maintenance operations through out the Portland/Vancouver areas.The Landscape Account Manager maintains client relations and development of Commercial Landscape accounts. Works with internal and external customers on a daily basis, meeting budgets, goals, while supervising and developing a full service team of landscape maintenance employees.Responsibilities and DutiesWork closely with Division Manager and Production staff to ensure all services are performed according to contract specifications, on budget, and quality assurance.Strong customer relation skills, with the ability to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with internal and external clientsAnalyze and understand cost reports and budget variances related to client accountsEffectively communicate with management and production teams the tasks necessary to provide a consistent, high quality product for customersDemonstrate strong leadership skills; develop morale and recognize employee achievementsFoster opportunities for professional development of employeesConstantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and safety practicesMaintain safe work practices, hold weekly Tailgate Safety Meetings, report all incidents and accidents to management.Qualifications and SkillsProfessional communications and labor crew managementProfessional knowledge of plant, tree, and lawn maintenance5 plus years experience as a Landscape Maintenance Account ManagerIrrigation and construction knowledge a plusHorticultural knowledge a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
