This position will report directly to the Quarry Manager.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Weighing of customer trucks, printing tickets, answering business phone calls that may include filling orders, and answering customer's questionsConvey excellent communication and customer service skillsProcess all tickets in a timely and accurate mannerInvestigates and corrects errors made in day-to-day transactionsAbility to adhere to company policies regarding daily cash handling proceduresKeep all office paperwork organized and orderly, including all scale ticketsMaintain administrative procedures and internal controls in accordance with company policies and proceduresEffectively collect and relay all relevant sales information and leads to the Sales personnel in a timely manner;Generate reports and perform data entry tasks in a timely manner;Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality control, environmental, and government standards and laws;Assist immediate supervisor in various assignments within the day-to-day operations of the facility; andOther duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required;Strong math and computer skills;Poses excellent written and verbal communication skills;1-3 years office experience and/or cash handling is required;Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;Must be 18 years in age or older;Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check;Must possess a valid driver's license;Able to safely drive a vehicle;Regular required attendance and reporting ready to begin work at the designated start time;Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as per company policy;Individuals are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA; andCompliance with all OSHA and/or MSHA regulations.What CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsA diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
