Barbacks help with the opening and closing of the bar. Some duties include keeping the bar stocked with beer, spirits, fruit and other product need throughout the shift, ensuring glassware and shakers are clean and in the right location.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old, have service industry experience of at least one year.
