WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Project Manager for our ICON Photo Studio. We need an organized, energetic person, with project management experience working in a Marketing Brand or Creative studio, who is very comfortable working in ambiguous environments. The Project Manager will have proven flexibility demonstrating the ability to work with many job functions at a time to drive clarity and bring people together when they are resource-constrained and have their focus on other work. A candidate for this role will be able to show their expertise in tracking schedules, connecting the right people and driving stakeholders to solutions among constant change.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for project planning and implementation activities such as collecting requirements, identifying project teams, scheduling, tracking progress and reporting results. You play a supporting role in the photography studio process from new work, process improvement, Seasonal Kick-off to execution, working closely with all cross-functional partners, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope and on brief. You will partner closely with Brand Planning, Studio Management, Production, Creative, Post-Production, Logistics, and Digital Operations teams, defining the scope of delivery, communicating budget and timelines.

WHAT YOU BRING

  1. 3-5 years of experience in project management, strategy or related field
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Photo, Marketing Ops, or equivalent.
  3. Formal training in project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications
  4. Proven success in portfolio management and large-scale, cross-functional program delivery: strategy to execution
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to challenge the status quo
  6. Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
  7. Delivery experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  8. Excellent communicator, able to gain the respect of the team
  9. Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  10. Good problem-solving and analytic skills
  11. Results oriented, well organized, can support multiple projects at once
  12. Must be curious, fun and calm under pressure
  13. Travel possible
