The Cook is responsible for the overall coordination of food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the quality and nutritional value of foods prepared.
Shift: 10 hour shift with rotating weekends.
Qualifications:

• Prepare or direct the preparation of all food served using standard recipes and special diet orders as a guide.
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Must have basic math skills
