The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inscaling smaller companies in the industrial HVACR sector, with a particular focus oninstallation services . This individual will bring both hands-on leadership experience and the ability to drive growth in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and implement ascalable growth strategy focused on expanding the company'sindustrial HVACR installation services and market presence.
• Lead the executive team with a focus onoperational agility andscalable processes tailored to a fast-growing business.
• Cultivate a culture ofentrepreneurial innovation , accountability, and continuous improvement across all divisions.

Business Growth & Market Development

• Oversee the company’sstrategic expansion efforts , with a focus onindustrial installation contracts for clients such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.
• Identify and execute on growth opportunities, includingnew service offerings , geographic expansion, and potential acquisitions to fuel rapid growth.
• Leveragestartup experience to createflexible and scalable business models , positioning the company for long-term growth in the industrial installation market.

Operational Excellence

• Drive operational excellence by refininginstallation service delivery processes to scale efficiently as the company grows.
• Implementbest practices in installation project management , ensuring high-quality execution and cost control.
• Oversee financial performance with a focus onscalability , including budgeting, forecasting, and driving continuous improvement in profitability.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build and mentor a strong leadership team capable ofscaling the business , with an emphasis oninstallation expertise .

Qualifications

Experience

• 10+ years of leadership experience inindustrial HVACR installation or a closely related field, with a proven track record.
• Hands-on experience managing businesses through rapid growth phases, ideally within companies with$10M-$100M in revenue .
• Demonstrated success inscaling operations , particularly ininstallation-focused industrial services .
• Entrepreneurial experience, with the ability to develop and implement strategies that canadapt and scale as the business grows.
