Pursue and support our ambitious growth strategy for REHAU Window Solutions in North America by best in class rollouts. Understanding the local Market needs and defining the local Annual Marketing Communication Plans (US, CA, MCA) in alignment Marketing HQ and Market Sales Managers to drive Business.

For our Window Solutions division, you will actively shape our Brand with your strong initiative and creativity, high level of realization and excellent teamwork skills and continuously develop it with a view to upcoming trends.


Responsibilities.

  1. Annual planning and budgeting of all local marketing activities in alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
  2. Prepare comprehensive marketing plans for all of our target Groups, collaborating with sales team for successful execution.
  3. Responsibility for all Marketing Channels: Website, Newsletters, Social Media, Trade, Exhibitions, etc.
  4. Plan, coordinate, execute campaigns and report on the performance through KPIs.
  5. Collaborate with agencies.
  6. Plan and develop best-in-class marketing materials, including sales support, advertising, social media assets, digital assets, imagery, videos, brochures, and point-of-sale (POS) materials
  7. Conceptualize, design (Adobe Creative Suite) and create copy for all collaterals.
  8. Utilize market insights to understand customer needs, product features, and key competitors, drawing out conclusions to drive marketing strategies.
  9. Develop all internal and external presentations as well sales and technical materials in cooperation with engineering to equip our sales team with the right materials and messaging to drive deal closures.
  10. Define and manage Co-Branding Solutions for Customers
  11. Lead department and provide guidance and feedback to marketing members.



Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or business administration field
  2. Proven experience as in Marketing for 4-7 years (construction market is a plus)
  3. Proven experience working in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  4. Proven experience working with a CMS
  5. Experience with major social media platforms
  6. Knowledge of web analytics (i.e. Google Analytics 4) and Google AdWords is a plus
  7. Experience with video editing Camtasia Studio, Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie is a plus
  8. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  9. Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  10. Leadership experience is a plus
  11. Analytical, critical and creative thinking
  12. Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
  13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
