Job Description
Provides professional, timely, and accurate responses to inquiries from staff, managers, executives, candidates, and others contacting the Human Resources Shared Services Center. Communicates and processes standardized transactional human resources activities across the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta organization.
Experience

• Experience in human resources
• 1 year of experience in employee benefits

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a shared services environment
• Lawson HRIS
• Bachelor's degree

Education

• Experience in human resources
• 1 year of experience in employee benefits

Certification Summary

• No professional certifications required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Knowledge of human resources practices and policies

Job Responsibilities

• Serves as a resource to employees, candidates, and stakeholders by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and completing a high volume of diverse transactions.
• Identifies areas for process improvement and communicates to Manager, Benefits.
• Serves as backup to other functions within Human Resources and Total Rewards.
