Green Rose was established in 2021 and is a vertically integrated cannabis company with dispensary, craft grower, transportation, and infuser licenses.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere within the dispensary
- Assess all safety protocols and help develop any necessary measures
- Understand dispensary flow and assist customers with entering and exiting
- Be aware of all surroundings
- Assist the front desk when busy
- Able to work events
Position Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in security
- Consistent and constant communication on all levels
- Accountability at all levels and for others
- Balanced decision making
- Intuitive critical thinking
- Practical and pro-active actions/thinking
- Attention to detail, organized lead in all workspaces
Position Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid license or state ID
- Must remain compliant with all city and state regulations and requirements for working in the industry
- Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to be flexible – Travel is at times necessary; therefore, travel is required for retail management
