Job Title: Technical Product Analyst
The OpportunityWe are looking for a Technical Product Analyst with strong foundational experience to join the Document Cloud Customer Zero team! The ideal candidate will focus on delivering Acrobat Services and Acrobat Sign solutions, possess the technical expertise to work independently on Proof of Concepts (POCs), and actively contribute to supporting large and intricate internal projects while assisting with user support. As a Technical Product Analyst, you’ll work on exciting projects directly impacting product strategy and business success. Responsibilities- Partner with Customer Zero Product Manager and Product Analyst to provide day-to-day tactical objectives
- Provide insights and contribute to the team’s strategic direction
- Help expand Customer Zero use cases to ensure alignment with Product, Sales, and Engineering
- Address internal customer tickets and issues using ServiceNow and knowledge of Acrobat Sign and Acrobat Services, looping in supporting teams where needed
- Build and test out solutions as part of POCs using technical skills with APIs, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, etc.
- Compile findings and feedback on POCs and relay to internal teams in a professional manner
- Assist with key internal customer meetings
- Provide subject matter expertise and act as an internal consultant/evangelist
- Partner with and knowledge share across our internal customers and partners
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Acrobat Sign, including understanding its features and capabilities
- Experience in configuring and using Acrobat Sign for document workflows
- Experience architecting API-based workflows that integrate Enterprise Tech Stacks
- A curious self-starter who is inventive and able to work on projects with minimal mentorship
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to build clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data
- Ability to work in a global environment and work remotely with distributed teams
- Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing across multiple projects at the same time
- Strong attention to detail, especially hands-on in all the work you’re doing
- Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing
- Technical experience with Jira, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and APIs
- Ideal candidates will have one of the following: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant proven experience
