Responsibilities:

1. Conduct a comprehensive review of the company's tax situation.
2. Ensure proper registration in all states where the company operates.
3. File sales tax forms accurately and timely.
4. Review and address past due tax items by state.
5. Handle various ad-hoc tax-related projects and clean-up tasks.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in tax consulting or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of state tax regulations and compliance.
3. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
