As an Account Executive at GG Homes, you'll be the driving force behind change, leading your team to achieve greatness and revolutionizing the real estate industry. Responsibilities:
- Negotiating and closing purchase contracts with homeowners
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Building and managing a growing pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Analyzing investment opportunities for viability
- Leading and mentoring a team of high-performing individuals
- Challenging the status quo and exceeding expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Comfortability on the phone connecting with sellers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Experience with CRM software
- Experience with lead generation and prospecting
- Experience with closing deals
- Fluent in Spanish

Compensation:
- Accelerated Compensation Structure - $1,400,000+ annual income has been obtained! (No fluff, actual earnings)
- Base Salary Draw of $60,000 and Fantastic Commissions
- Management Compensation available via promotion
