TorkLaw, a National personal injury law firm, is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our Intake Team in the role of Intake Attorney. The position’s focus is to confidently present clear information and options to potential clients with the goal of them retaining our firm for representation or referring them successfully to one of our national partners.
This is a remote position which requires availability in Pacific/Central Time Zones.
This position requires strong communication skills both via phone, text, chat, and e-mail, data entry, and other tasks related to potential case intake. Our Intake team members possess qualities that build relationships and are customer/client focused. They serve our potential clients and answer their inquiries. They are compassionate, understanding, and patient.
To succeed as an Intake Attorney, strong communication and presentation skills using Zoom and other video platforms are required.
Position requires a license to practice law in either Arizona, Georgia, California, Illinois, or Nevada.
We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, focused, and able to manage a high volume and time-sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment. A sales background or education is a plus.
This is a position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in this position is $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. TorkLaw is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
