Seasonal Tax Specialist

Are you a highly motivated individual with business tax preparation experience and excellent communication skills? Join our team as a Seasonal Tax Specialist and help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax Business products. You'll be responsible for managing complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations, providing expert guidance and explanations of tax and technical terms to our customers. If you have strong tax preparation experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

• Prepare federal and state business tax returns for clients/customers using commercial tax preparation software
• Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season
• Utilize video communications software to interact with customers and provide tax advice, full service business return preparation, and product/software inquiries
• Create high quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy and extensive knowledge in business tax preparation
• Work continuously toward meeting company key performance metrics and Big Bet Goals
• Participate in pilot testing, projects, and experience validations, as needed
