ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The HR Data and Systems Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. This position owns HR system management to ensure efficient processes, data accuracy, integrity, and security. OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Data Management and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, performance management systems, and other relevant databases. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data to support workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and other HR initiatives. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of HR data, and regularly audit data for quality control. Act as the HR data subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices in data management and reporting. Reporting and Dashboard Development: Partner with technology partners to develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, diversity metrics, and more. Customize and automate reports to meet the needs of different stakeholders, including HR leadership, department managers, and executive teams. Continuously improve reporting processes and data visualization techniques to enhance user experience and data comprehension. HR Systems Administration: Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring they are configured to meet the needs of the HR department and the organization. Work with IT and external vendors to implement system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshoot any issues related to HR systems. Train HR team and other users on HR systems and tools, providing support as needed. Parter with HR and technology stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, RFP's, selections and implementations of new technologies. Compliance and Data Security: Ensure all HR data practices comply with data protection regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Implement and monitor data security measures to protect sensitive employee information. Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in HR or MBA preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR data analysis, HRIS management, or a similar role. Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports. Preferred: Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of HR metrics and how they impact business outcomes.
