Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead tax planning and compliance engagements for our clients
• Manage and mentor other team members, providing guidance and support
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
• Advise clients on tax planning strategies and identify potential tax-saving opportunities
• Conduct thorough tax research and provide technical guidance to the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting or finance related field
• CPA license
• 10 years of current or recent public accounting tax experience
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
• Successful at fostering strong relations built on trust and credibility
• Adept at meeting client requirements and deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail focused and driven to achieve high standards
• Proficient in utilizing tax software - CCH, XCM, QuickBooks is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
