Job Description Summary:

The Revenue Operations Manager (Professional Services) is responsible for managing the global revenue stream for Rocket Software's Professional Services organization. As advisor to the Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) leadership team, the Revenue Operations Manager will demonstrate control and mastery of the services revenue flow – from opportunity to revenue recognition and closure.

Collaborating across all CSE functions, the Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for in depth financial analysis and for aligning processes, operations, systems, and data to maximize forecast quality and completeness, optimize revenue attainment, and ensure overall quality of the end-to-end revenue cycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Partner with leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze process improvements leading to revenue management efficiencies and achievement of revenue targets
  • Ensure accuracy of projected and actual revenue flow from opportunity through project closure
  • Develop and control revenue related dashboards, analytics, revenue forecasts, and perspectives
  • Partner with Finance in revenue reconciliation, ensuring accuracy across integrated systems
  • Contribute revenue perspective in the creation of new service offerings

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in revenue operations management, professional services experience highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience acting as a trusting liaison across a variety of teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to track metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze them, and advise leadership in actionable improvement strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and present effectively to diverse audiences
  • Proven in-depth experience with business applications, data structures, and analytics tooling
  • Mastery of using Excel to assess, manipulate, analyze, and present data

The base salary range for this role is $77,623.00 - $97,029.00 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
