What you'll do

  • Own business processes: Identify and implement foundational solutions to ensure critical company metrics are accurately tracked to meet growth and lean operational goals.
  • Collaborate with CEO: Work closely with Aidaly's CEO to support all business functions, with a requirement for frequent travel.
  • Support growth: Assist the CEO in structuring contracts and conducting market and health plan research to drive business expansion.
  • Build financial models: Create financial models and scenarios, and monitor financial data to ensure sound decision-making.
  • Leverage low-code/no-code tools: Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to develop internal v1 solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage financial stack: Oversee the financial stack (with external counsel support), regulatory compliance, and the people operations of the business.

Who you are

  • Founding role: This is not a "strategy only" position; you should be excited by the hands-on nature of the role, which involves switching contexts, creating processes, stepping in for other team members, and coaching others.
  • Management experience: Previous experience as a Manager or in a similar role, having navigated several stages of company growth (e.g., seed through Series B).
  • Business-Minded: MBA or former founder of a profitable business with exceptional written communication skills.
  • Financial expertise: Proficient in forecasting models and databases, interpreting financial data, and managing budgets.
  • Mission-driven: You are ready to work harder than ever because you strongly believe in our mission.
  • Goal-oriented: Hyper-focused on building a trillion-dollar business and achieving ambitious goals.
  • In-person commitment: Eager to work in-person 5 days a week in San Francisco, with the ability to work nights and weekends when necessary.

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to be the COO of a fast-growing company. You will quickly take on additional responsibilities and be expected to hire and train junior talent. The right person will be promoted quickly.
