Chima is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, and who has a proven track record of closing high-value deals. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. The role is 100% in-person in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to adapt and build a unified sales motion.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within accounts.
Qualifications
- Deal Ownership: Take full ownership of the sales cycle from lead qualification (typically handed off by SDRs) to closing, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded.
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and expansion opportunities.
- High-Value Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close deals that often exceed $100k, using a consultative sales approach to align Chima’s AI solutions with client business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and long-term client satisfaction.
- Market Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Chima’s offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
