Role You Will Play

• Build and lead Trust and Fiduciary markets in Dallas and Northwest Arkansas
• Drive acquisition of new Trust AUM through business development and sales management and leadership
• Utilize external centers of influence and internal referral channels to increase AUM and revenue

The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess

• 7+ years proven track record of developing new Trust AUM in and around Dallas, Texas
• Sales leadership experience preferred
• JD
• CFP and LLM strongly preferred
