OverviewAt St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Certified Medical Assistants strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.Sign on bonus eligible!What you can expect from this roleClinic operates 5 days a week Monday-Friday, 7:00-6:00 with four 10-hour shifts.Serves diverse populations: pediatric, adult, and senior.Provides comprehensive front door care including wellness, acute, behavioral health, diagnostics, and pharmacy services.Emphasizes seamless care delivery through optimized workflows and cross-training.Utilizes consumer insights to inform and enhance practices, recommending explorative studies and new standards.Collaborates on developing, refining, and enhancing clinical programs, processes, and policies with care team.Conducts post-discharge outreach to reduce readmission risks.QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience2 years' experienceCertificationsCurrent BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red CrossCurrent recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHAWhat’s in it for youAt St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
