Property Manager

Seeking a Full time/ Direct Hire Commercial Property Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Open to candidates from Office and Industrial, can have some Retail but not 100% Retail.

This company is a Multi-State Commercial Real estate Firm who specializes in Class A Healthcare Medical properties (Medical offices, NO hospitals). We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager for IMMEDIATE Hire!

• Company info: 3rd party operator-operate on behalf of owners and has worked with same owners for last 30 years
• 1 open positions (Milwaukee Wisconsin)
• Ability to manage large-scale properties (270K SQ FT )
• Manage properties virtually in office. Some travel needed
• Class A medical office-dentist, cardiologist, surgeon centers, physical therapy, psychologist (NOT hospitals)
• Property manager experience ideally 7-10 years
• Compensation: $95K-105K + 10% bonus
• Prefer Bachelor degree but will make exception with relevant work experience in medical, healthcare, office or industrial or mix)
• 100% coverage on anything accounting related because has the full accounting team in house
