Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement sales strategies to increase market share for energy storage products locally.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including major installers, distributors, and end-users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends within the local energy storage sector.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align on strategies and leverage their support for market development.
Provide feedback to product development teams based on market needs and customer input.
Monitor local energy storage regulations and policies, advising on compliance and strategic adjustments.
Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy storage or renewable energy sectors.
In-depth knowledge of the local market, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Candidates with experience in project financing are highly valued.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to various stakeholders.
Fluent in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
