Role Summary

  • Responsibilities: You will have responsibility for all stages of the recruitment process, delivering an excellent experience for all candidates, as well as working closely with hiring managers on our strategic approach to talent acquisition to drive forward company growth.
  • Salary: $47,000 to $52,000 per annum, depending on your previous experience.

  • Role Type: Full-time, permanent.

About The Role

Costello Medical is growing rapidly, in the US and globally, thanks to demand from new and existing clients. Our Recruitment Coordinator role is ideal for someone looking to join an organization with extensive growth plans. You will have responsibility for all stages of the recruitment process for various positions across our service offerings and offices, and you will play a central role in delivering an excellent recruitment experience for all candidates.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment administration, including the creation and posting of job advertisements, overseeing the application process from reviewing applications to marking assessments and arranging interviews.
  • Answering candidate queries both via email and over the phone.
  • Conducting telephone interviews and greeting candidates arriving for face-to-face interviews.
  • Headhunting and proactively reaching out to prospective candidates to boost our talent attraction efforts.
  • Using your expertise to provide guidance and support to hiring managers regarding our talent acquisition strategies and candidate attraction methods.
  • Organizing, hosting and attending career fairs with universities and other professional or student-focused organizations.
  • Ensuring our recruitment procedures are fair, inclusive and comply with best practice.
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects in support of the wider People and Talent Acquisition function.

  • Experience of Microsoft Office.

Experience in the HR or recruitment setting is useful but not required for this role. We are also able to accept applications from candidates looking to start their career in this field.
