What You'll Do:
  • Develop and maintain ongoing reporting to be delivered to the marketing team and key stakeholders, including but not limited to:
    • Digital Marketing Monthly Forecasts and Budgets
    • Daily Performance Tracking
    • Weekly Business Reports for Distribution
  • QA agency data and reporting to ensure data accuracy across deliverables
  • Analyze Digital Marketing data to find optimization opportunities based on KPIs including:
    • Digital marketing metrics (impressions, clicks, views/viewability, ROAS)
    • Ecommerce data (units, transactions, revenue, average order value, etc.)
    • Store data (visits, revenue, etc.)
  • Conduct and present ad hoc analyses using both Adobe Analytics as well as third party reporting to inform digital marketing strategy
  • Possess working knowledge of core performance digital marketing channels including Paid Search, Comparison Shopping Engines, Affiliates, Display, and Social
  • Attend and contribute to meetings with external agencies for performance marketing planning
  • Transform data and insights into visuals (graphs, charts) that can clearly address and articulate the business needs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Email, CRM, Analytics, etc.) to gather insights and data that will help inform a holistic marketing point of view and actionable strategy
  • Assist Global Partners in the development of Digital Marketing reports
You'll Need to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of experience working in digital marketing and/or analytics for a performance-focused digital agency or relevant brand
  • Proficient in Omniture/Adobe Analytics, bonus if also familiar with Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, and ad serving platforms
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Compensation Range:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00
