Organization: VICTR

Job Summary: Sr Azure Cloud Architect– VICTR

We are looking for a cloud expert to join us in the VICTR Office of Research Informatics as we transition on-premises systems to Microsoft Azure, as well as design and implement new cloud solutions in support of grant-funded programs and the VUMC research enterprise. Our growing Cloud Platform team is seeking a friendly, dedicated individual to join us in building robust systems to support cutting-edge clinical research.

You will play an important role in architecting our cloud solutions and planning our system migrations as we continue to grow our cloud footprint. Additionally, your expertise in multiple cloud platforms, including Azure, will be relied upon to guide and mentor our engineering teams. The sensitive nature of clinical data requires a principled approach to security, adherence to VUMC policies, and deep knowledge of industry best practices. We trust you will share our excitement as we leverage the security, agility, and scalability of the cloud, including using GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows, to take clinical research to the next level.
