A leader in multi-metal inventory is looking for a savvy, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team in Southington, CT!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a weekly call schedule in support of marketing campaigns utilizing provided lead lists.

  • Introduce the company, its products, and services to prospective customers by telephone and email.

  • Reestablish relationships with existing accounts that have limited or no activity through outcall initiatives.

  • Interpret individual situations and take appropriate action based on customer needs.

  • Inform designated sales personnel of possible leads, potential orders, and other relevant information.

  • Document call logs in a spreadsheet or the customer computer database and related records for individual accounts.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred

  • Experience directly related to the duties of the position or customer service

  • Effective verbal communication skills

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
