Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Novelis Corporate team is seeking a 2025 Summer IT Enterprise Solutions Intern in the Global Functions and Enterprise Solutions IT department at our Atlanta, GA global HQ! The person in this role will report to the Global IT Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the creation and maintenance of the Global IT Development Standard and process with respect to Development practice, creation, and maintenance of relevant SharePoint sites, MuleSoft and ERP SAP standard documentation templates.
The intern will learn about business and IT development processes, along with insights into efficient collaboration in development and implementing projects. The intern will get hands-on experience in related tools such as Accolade, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Elk, ThruMFT and PowerApps. In addition, the intern will learn about standard ERP SAP project methodologies and required documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Process Documents and Process improvement tools.
- Create and maintain information in Accolade, ServiceNow, MuleSoft and other tools.
- Create Business Applications using PowerApps/Power Automate.
- Review and Maintain Process Documents for Development objects in SAP & MuleSoft.
- Create Dashboards in Elk (Elastic).
- Create/Update File transfers using ThruMFT.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an accredited 4-year University, GPA 3.5.
- Interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills which are essential for interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Safety focus mentality.
- Teamwork focused.
- Familiar with MS Office suite.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics, database management, and project management.
- Ability to learn, research, and absorb information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Computer, Information Systems, or Business major.
