Role:
You will work very closely with the CEO and other seniors in the firm to develop a strategy to attract, retain, and source top talent.
You will coordinate the recruiting resources and technology, taking the lead in recruiting and hiring people while finding different ways to attract new talent.
Additionally, you will work on the marketing strategy of the firm.
Requirements:
- Ability to use automation platforms to make the recruiting process more efficient.
- BA in a technology field.
- Ability to converse with technologists and have a passion for the tech side.
- Over 7 years in a role where you have cultivated academic, technical, or quant talent in an automated environment.
- Self-motivated and competitive.
- Remote work will be permitted once you are up and running.
