OCM Principal Consultant V

The OCM Consultant is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies to maximize adoption and usage of the new vendor onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management strategies.
• Anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders affected by the change.
• Manage OCM, communication, and training.
• Implement the readiness/adoption plan, coaching plan, communication plan, and training plan.
• Assess change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
• Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications to employees and vendors.
• Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
• Collaborate with the project team to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
• Track and report issues related to the overall change management process.
