Empowered Staffing is partnered with a high-growth Fintech (B2B Software) company that’s revolutionizing online banking services for nonprofit organizations around the country. As they expand their sales team, they’re seeking a dynamic Sales Development Team Lead to join their Miami office. This is an incredible opportunity for someone passionate about building and leading teams, while contributing to the growth of a company that is modernizing nonprofit banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement innovative sales plans aimed at achieving revenue goals and growing market share in the nonprofit sector.
- Lead and motivate a sales development team, fostering success both individually and as a group.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align and optimize sales strategies.
- Regularly analyze market trends and sales data, providing insights for ongoing improvements and innovations.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or account management within the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. nonprofit sector and experience selling financial services or products to these organizations is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage a sales team and key stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with hands-on ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue and expand market presence.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills, using data to inform decision-making and enhance performance.
